Scheduled

We want to inform you about upcoming maintenance that will temporarily affect our services.

The provider of some of the software we rely on is making changes that will stop us from receiving future updates. To ensure stability and security, we need to switch to a different setup and perform several upgrades across our systems.

This work is essential to keep our platform reliable and to prepare for longer-term improvements, but it will require downtime while we complete the updates.

Impact

During this window, parts of our service may be temporarily unavailable. We will do everything possible to minimize disruption.

Why this is happening

Our current software provider is phasing out the tools we use, which means we must internalize and apply major upgrades. Without this change, our systems could stop working when new servers are added or restarted.

Looking ahead

After this migration, our systems will continue running smoothly, but in the long term we will also be working on replacing these components so that we can keep delivering updates and improvements to you.

We appreciate your understanding and patience while we carry out this important work.
